CURRENT Projects in need of funding:

  2. Enclosures for archery targets on the ball-field - $900

  3. Blacklight “9 Square in the Air” set - $1,040

  4. Gym ductwork maintenance - $1,500 remains to be funded

  5. Replace mattresses as needed - $2,000

  6. Replacement generator for the gym/dining hall - $4,000 remains to be funded

  7. Replace the gas range in the kitchen - $8,000

  8. Generator hook-up for guy’s bathhouse and cabins - $12,000

  9. Drill a well, install electric service, and run sewer lines for the Liberty Cabins - an additional $15,000???

"Wish We Could" Projects: 

  1. New flooring in cabins - 9 cabins x $2,000 each

  2. Replace doors on eight cabins - 8 x $1,000

  3. Purchase a shed for ball-field storage of sports equipment and mower - $5,500

  4. Asphalt around the lodge, along the side of the dining hall, and up to the girl’s cabins - $???

  5. Add another staff/family cabin - $65,000.00 each

  6. Winterize the water line to the three staff/family cabins - (involves digging for water line, etc.)

  7. Add paid part-time staff: summer maintenance, activity director, and cooks for retreats.

"Dream” Possibilities for the future:

  1. Attempt to buy more acreage around the camp.

  2. Bury the electric lines, and phone line, coming into the camp to take out the poles.

  3. Develop and landscape a pond area.

  4. Buy hunting camps across the road for staff or storage.

  5. Drill another well for a back-up water system.

  6. Upgrade our waste-treatment system by tying into the nearby township system.
